PT. Estetika Se Laras, A national company (40% shares owned by myself) which is specialized as human capital management services since 2004 and property management services since 1996. The company is supporting by a strong team who has expertise on their area and has been prepared to provide qualified & professional services. PT Estetika Selaras get IDR 50 bio of revenues per annum and managing up to 600 the outsourcing staff. The outsourcing business line has provide employees for supervisory level, administrative & senior engineering/ specialist position.

• To ensure the development and implementation of strategy, procedures, annual budget and work plan of the company

The analysis shall be written as Operational Strategic Plan that will include detail of strategies, priorities of activities, team development, resource requirements, and budget.

Aug 2006 – 2007 WWF (WORLD WIDE FUND FOR NATURE) Indonesia
WWF Indonesia is an International Non-Government Organization (NGO) which is focused on nature conservation programs. It established since 1964 and has its well-known “PANDA” logo. The organization has been expanded to become a leading conservation policy advocator for Government of Indonesia as well as a strong existence player at field as community empowerment facilitator. WWF Indonesia get IDR 100 bio funds per annum from all over the world and managing up to 600 resources (300 resources are regular employees) in delivering the conservation result. Head office is in Jakarta, with more than 20 sites spread out from Aceh to Papua.

• An International assignment to facilitate on-line learning on HR for Non-HR manager for WWF Leaders (all talents from WWF International & other WWF national office around the world)
Mentor for WWF Talents
• Set up the mentoring session agreement, giving advices & assignment to Talents and ensure tacit knowledge has been captured by mentee and the learning process is properly maintained

JATIS Solution is a leading IT application consulting firm & e-solution provider, from both business and technical perspective. Established in Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 1997, have a lot of experience in providing Enterprise Application Integration to Financial Services Industry, Retail distribution, manufacturing industries & telecommunication industries. Head office is in Singapore, JATIS is generating revenue of IDR 80 bio per annum and managing up to 600 resources which is spread out in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.

Ericsson is a leading telecommunications company in the world with over 30 percent market share in mobile communications infrastructure in Asia Pacific. The company has 16 operating entities across Asia Pacific that are grouped into five Market . Ericsson has been present in South East Asia for almost 100 year, having been a key player in the development of Indonesia’s telecommunications industry since 1907. Ericsson Indonesia is managing around 500 resources in expanding the mobile infrastructure business in Indonesia and having some major customers such as TELKOM, INDOSAT, Telkomsel & Excelcomindo.
Ericsson Education Manager (2001)
• To be responsible for the operation of Ericsson Indonesia Knowledge Center as part of Global Ericsson Education supply center which consist of 32 centers worldwide
• Proactively marketing & selling Ericsson Education Services (Competence consulting, Product training, E-learning & certification program) to Indonesian operators
• Analyze the competence requirements of external customers
• Assisting Account Manager in preparing tender proposal, presenting to the customer & getting contractual education services

Achievement: Contribution as project coordinator for Ericsson education services part in winning Tender for IM3 – INDOSAT project

Compensation & Benefit Manager (October 2000 – March 2001)
• Together with HR&OD Director set both long and short term Compensations & Benefits strategies
• Responsible for designing & implementing the company’s compensation policy : leave policy, medical benefit, overtime policy, transport allowance policy, travel policy.
• Design & implement job analysis using International Performance Evaluation (IPE) established by Mercer Consulting firm
• Analyze compensation & market surveys and obtain all necessary information to present recommendation of salary reviews, compensation proposals and budgets

• To be responsible for daily operational matters of Training Center and its physical building & facilities (1600 m2 with 5 permanent staff & 15 outsourcing staff)

• Repositioning the training center potential to accommodate local market and regional market. Avoid redundancy of resources within regional market.

It has been established since 1990 to be a counterpart for International consultant firm such as Bechtel – USA, Sobelco AG. – Belgium and Tractebel AG – Belgium. The company is aiming to transfer the know-how from expatriates to local talent in designing, erecting & maintaining of a power plant.
